Data collected from Happiness in Transit Mobility Pvt Ltd Driver/Attendant App

User profile: We collect data when users create or update their Happiness in Transit Mobility Pvt Ltd attendant/driver application accounts. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture, Driver’s license (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo).

We collect and store data when a user account is setup. This includes their name, phone number, employee id and password. When submitting attendance, we optionally capture a picture of the user submitting the attendance. The picture submitted is entirely controlled by the user.

Location data (Driver): Happiness in Transit Mobility Pvt Ltd attendant/driver App ( Happy school Bus ) collects this data when the Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. This is used to calculate distance travelled to provide ETA to the parents.

Happiness in Transit Mobility Pvt Ltd Team App( Happy Team ) collects location data when the App is running, and the user is logged in to a site assigned to the user both in the foreground (app open and on-screen) and background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device. This is used to determine the time spent by the user at a site and implement auto logout from a site when the user exists a site but forgets to mark logout attendance.

Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating systems and versions, device model & device motion data.

Communications data: We enable Driver & parents or Administrators to communicate with each other/ Transport Admin through phone calls.

Data collected from Happiness in Transit Mobility Pvt Ltd Parent Application

User profile: We collect and store data when a parent/student account is setup. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture.

Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating systems and versions, Device model & device motion data.

Communications data: We enable Transport Admin to receive SOS alerts triggered by Commuter or Driver applications.

Children Information
We do not knowingly collect and use information from children below the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal guardian and feel that your child has divulged certain personal information on our website, please feel free to email us at the address mentioned in the grievances clause.
